Create Your Own Custom Design

We can create a wide variety of custom designed decals in both reflective and standard colors, or digitally printed designs that you can apply yourself. While doing this over the Internet can be a bit tricky here are a couple of helpful hints.

For helmets
once you have a design you think you like cut the design out of some plain white paper. Tape this design to your helmet to get an idea of how it will fit on the helmet.

For cars, trucks, motorcycles, etc.
You want to start by taking a picture of the area that the graphic will be placed.
(be sure to snap the picture so that the area to be used is as flat as possible, you don't want the picture to be angled off to the side or top of the area).
Next you want to print it out on regular paper in black and white, this can now be used as a template to draw onto to create your custom design, at the same time it gives you a visual refernce to see how the final design looks before it is too late to change the design.
Once you have a design that you like, trace it out using a black ink pen, be sure to mark a reference dimension on the tracing so we can be sure of the deisgn's exact size. scan and save your tracing and E-mail us for further instructions. We will reply with additional instructions on how to get your design to us. Once we have your design we will email you back to let you know if your design is "workable" and give you a price estimate.

Chances are that you will go through this process two or more times before you find a design that works well on your helmet. Pay close attention to the way the design lays down on the helmet. Your design won't lay down perfectly flat but you need to make sure it comes close.
We utilize materials that can cornform to complex curves, and shrinks when heat is applied using a hair dryer or heat gun. So graphics don't have to lay completely flat against the surface.
